- Born in 1970 at Malom Tuliyaima, Imphal West, Manipur. Studied at Sainik School Imphal upto class XII. Completed graduation and post-graduation from Maharaja Sayajirao University, Baroda and Ph. D. from Manipur University. At present working at NIT Silchar as a Professor of Economics.
