Introduction [Biosketch]
- Dr. Neha Kumari is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Silchar. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the School of Humanities, Social Sciences, and Management, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bhubaneswar. Prior to joining academia, she worked as a Development Apprentice with PRADAN (Professional Assistance for Development Action). She completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Economics from Banaras Hindu University. Her research interests include Development Economics, Applied Econometrics, and Environmental Economics.
